You all remember SOPA? Meet its cousin. Now, CISPA has actually been around for a bit, but while this unfortunate Boston incident has had us occupied, CISPA was passed through the House of the American government. Why is this important? Why should you care? Well I'll tell you why. The 4th amendment is in danger. I'll remind you of the 4th.

The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.

Take a peek at this.

"CISPA is an extreme proposal that allows companies that hold our very sensitive information to share it with any company or government entity they choose, even directly with military agencies like the NSA, without first stripping out personally identifiable information,"

So, our personal and private information is at stake. Seems dangerous enough for me. The rights promised in the constitution. The things set in place to make America a rather nice place to live in are now seemingly under constant fire from the damn government. My opinion, all these crust balls in power need to be replaced. They're the cause of all our problems.

Some of these laws has its own cons and pros. I can't be sure if this law can protect us. I mean, Government pretty much sometimes break the rules and we break the rules too. Ironic if you ask me.
